Responsibilities
- Pack products accurately and efficiently according to customer orders and safety guidelines.
- Inspect items for quality assurance and ensure proper packaging materials are utilized.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for timely dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to comply with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure workflow efficiency.
- Operate handheld scanning devices and warehouse management systems with proficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varying part-time shifts, including weekends or evenings.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
