Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, and packing.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a zero-accident environment.
- Manage and train a team of warehouse associates, conducting performance reviews and mentoring staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement procedures to minimize shrinkage and improve accuracy.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and safety checks for forklifts and other machinery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse supervision role.
- Valid Forklift Operator certification and ability to operate various warehouse equipment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven track record of team management.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime when necessary.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
