Responsibilities
- Operate provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning equipment for inventory management
- Inspect and maintain assigned equipment to optimal working condition
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with precision and efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits using provided technology
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless workflow transitions
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to operate provided heavy machinery (training included)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking
- Physical stamina for 8-hour overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Parkway location
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
