Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery (training provided).
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately fulfill customer orders by selecting and packaging items according to strict guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records within the warehouse system.
- Load and Unload Freight: Safely receive incoming shipments and prepare outgoing freight for transport.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and keep your work area clean and organized.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality standards before shipping.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy rates.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
