Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and prepare orders for shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Loading/Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks, adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery (forklift certification preferred) and handheld scanning devices.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging standards are met.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent work history.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and data entry.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to read measuring tools and calculate quantities.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
