Responsibilities
- Retrieve merchandise from storage areas and pick items according to production orders using RF scanners.
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular sweeping and organizing of shelves.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging materials are used.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Report inventory discrepancies or equipment malfunctions immediately to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse, retail, or logistics environments is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
