Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Inspect products for quality, defects, and correct labeling before packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to log inventory.
- Sort, organize, and stage incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) regarding safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
