Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify item descriptions, quantities, and prices against packing slips and digital orders.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and weight distribution to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counts as directed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Reliable attendance and a proactive work ethic.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
