Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders and specific pick tickets.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and identify any damage or discrepancies before packaging.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Sort, organize, and stack inventory in designated storage zones efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping targets and efficiency goals.
- Load and unload trucks or pallet jacks as required during shift changes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills required.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in a temperature-controlled environment.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
