Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records to ensure inventory integrity.
- Receiving & Shipping: Process incoming freight and prepare outgoing shipments, verifying all documentation and labels.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets strict quality standards before dispatch.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long durations during the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Reliability: Strong history of punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus; on-the-job training provided for qualified candidates.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
