Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization during the night shift.
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for delivery.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track orders and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless transition and workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Willingness to undergo paid safety and operational training.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
