What You Will Do
As an Overnight Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly. You will work in a climate-controlled environment, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipping using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels to ensure inventory integrity.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required by certification.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets our high standards before dispatch.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe workplace for everyone.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse aisles clear and organized to facilitate efficient workflow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and processing orders.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
- Equipment Certification: Forklift certification is a plus but we are happy to train qualified candidates.
