Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Train and supervise 25+ team members on safety protocols and equipment usage
- Implement lean principles to optimize inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency
- Conduct regular safety audits and maintain OSHA compliance documentation
- Manage inventory control systems and cycle count processes
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely deliveries
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or supply chain
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management software
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
