Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage team of 15+ warehouse associates with scheduling and performance coaching
- Implement lean practices to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Coordinate inventory management cycle counts and audits
- Train staff on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Collaborate with logistics team on transportation and inventory planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA safety certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Associate degree in logistics or related field required
