Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping activities.
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure high productivity and safety standards.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance schedules for provided machinery.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to avoid shortages.
- Analyze operational metrics to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar logistics role.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems (WMS) and logistics software.
- Forklift certification and ability to operate heavy equipment safely.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
