Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and pallets using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor equipment.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Stock Maintenance: Organize and restock inventory in the freezer and cool storage areas to maintain optimal workflow.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet company quality standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in varying temperature conditions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent work history.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
