Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock replenishment to maintain accurate records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Monitor storage conditions to ensure products remain within required temperature ranges.
- Assist in the packing, labeling, and preparation of shipments for outbound distribution.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (temperatures typically ranging from 35°F to 45°F).
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory verification.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required for all roles.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
