Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Reach Truck, Order Picker, or Standard Forklift) to load, unload, and move materials efficiently.
- Perform daily safety inspections of equipment to ensure proper working condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock organization within the warehouse.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
