Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate documentation and weight distribution.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated racking systems and storage areas.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid and current forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory management and scanning.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Proven track record of safety-conscious work habits.
