Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders and company standards.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging materials are of high quality.
- Label packages correctly and maintain organized workstations to ensure efficient workflow.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Operate standard packing machinery and handheld scanners (training provided).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
