Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack items from the warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
- Verify product quantities, quality, and specifications against packing slips.
- Label, wrap, and prepare packages for shipping to ensure safe delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure order fulfillment targets are met daily.
- Assist in loading trucks and organizing inventory as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
