Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and stage merchandise from inventory shelves using handheld scanners.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Label, weigh, and prepare packages for shipment according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting.
