Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Efficiently retrieve items from warehouse shelves and prepare them for shipment using handheld scanners and quality packing materials.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are up to date to prevent shortages.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect packages for damage and verify that all items meet our high standards before dispatch.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Workspace Organization: Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and safe by adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Shipping and Receiving: Assist with loading and unloading trucks and verifying incoming stock.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential for our team operations.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to read labels and perform basic calculations for inventory tracking.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
