Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise accurately using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Inspect items for quality and damages before packing.
- Load and unload trucks safely, adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency.
- Label, sort, and stage orders for timely shipment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- No previous warehouse or logistics experience is required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
- Must be reliable and able to work well under pressure.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
