Job Summary
In this role, you will play a crucial part in our supply chain operations, ensuring products are stored, sorted, and shipped accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming merchandise to ensure inventory integrity.
- Pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipping using proper packing materials.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and according to OSHA guidelines.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate digital inventory records.
- Keep the warehouse workspace organized, clean, and free of safety hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for this position.
