- Supervise 5-8 warehouse staff during assigned shifts, ensuring optimal task allocation and productivity
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards across all operations
- Manage inventory control systems including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
- Coordinate receiving, storing, and shipping processes with precision and timeliness
- Train and mentor staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Maintain accurate documentation of warehouse activities and performance metrics
- Collaborate with logistics team to resolve operational bottlenecks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse supervision experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise required
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong leadership abilities with proven staff development track record
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
