Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train and supervise part-time staff on safety protocols and efficient workflows
- Implement lean practices to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular safety audits and maintain OSHA compliance documentation
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- Forklift certification and familiarity with OSHA safety standards
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- High school diploma; associate's degree preferred
