Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize productivity and reduce waste
- Manage team performance through coaching, scheduling, and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
- Utilize WMS software to maintain accurate inventory records and reporting
- Collaborate with procurement and transportation teams to ensure seamless supply chain flow
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience with high-volume operations
- OSHA 30 certification and Forklift Operator certification required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 20+ employees
- Proven ability to optimize warehouse layouts and processes
- Excellent problem-solving and data analysis capabilities
