Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Manage and mentor a team of 10+ warehouse associates, fostering a culture of safety and productivity
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate WMS data
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and exceptional customer service
- Generate performance reports and KPIs for continuous operational excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced logistics environments
- Proven track record of team leadership and conflict resolution
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies
