Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor part-time staff to optimize productivity and maintain safety protocols
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely loading/unloading of shipments
- Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and accuracy
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS experience preferred)
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
