Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Train and supervise 10-15 team members using provided equipment (forklifts, scanners, etc.)
- Implement lean principles to maximize efficiency and minimize waste
- Conduct safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance protocols
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliations
- Coordinate with transportation vendors for seamless dock scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with equipment operation background
- Forklift certification (training provided if needed)
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50lbs and work in temperature-controlled environment
