Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and fulfillment
- Manage team of 15+ staff members with performance reviews and training
- Implement inventory control systems and WMS protocols
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety standards
- Optimize workflow processes to achieve 99.5% accuracy targets
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock operations
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- 5+ years warehouse supervisory experience in high-volume environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR/First Aid trained
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong leadership abilities with conflict resolution expertise
- Data analysis skills with KPI-driven mindset
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Experience with cross-docking and JIT inventory models
