Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Prepare and label packages according to shipping guidelines to ensure timely delivery.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon request).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible shifts.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
