Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Inspect merchandise for defects, damage, or errors before packing.
- Organize inventory in a systematic and efficient manner within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times, adhering to safety protocols.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and handheld scanners.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and packing slips accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
