Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts and update stock levels in the warehouse management system.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent shipping errors.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and handheld scanners.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe by following safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or retail stocking role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to safety regulations.
