Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to process orders efficiently.
- Inspect items for quality, verify order details, and ensure proper packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on hard surfaces.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
