Responsibilities
- Select and verify merchandise from inventory shelves based on customer orders.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse technology to maintain accurate records.
- Sort, pack, and label products for shipment efficiently.
- Ensure the packing station remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping quotas and performance goals.
- Perform basic quality control checks before items are shipped.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and writing skills for scanning labels and completing forms.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
