Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse equipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning items and updating stock levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Equipment Handling: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and walk on various surfaces.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling merchandise and data entry.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
