Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ensure accurate labeling and packaging of all items to prevent damage during transit.
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to strict safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Verify inventory levels and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and flexible shifts as required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
