Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products from warehouse shelves accurately and efficiently using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Prepare items for shipment by wrapping, labeling, and placing them in appropriate boxes or totes.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), or hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency standards are met.
- Verify inventory counts against work orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, if required.
