Responsibilities
- Select and gather products from the warehouse shelves using handheld RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack items securely using appropriate packaging materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Verify accuracy of orders against packing slips and labels.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
