Responsibilities
- Select & Pack: Accurately pick and pack merchandise for shipment according to customer orders.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging materials meet quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory logs using handheld scanners.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and safe for all employees.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and reliability.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including overtime when needed.
