Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to manage inventory.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging materials are used.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Collaborate with team leads to maintain high productivity standards.
- Keep workstations organized and adhere to all safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
