Responsibilities
- Select and verify merchandise from storage areas based on customer orders.
- Package items securely using cardboard, tape, and other materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Load goods onto pallets or conveyor belts for shipping.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods (8+ hours).
- Basic math skills for scanning and order verification.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
