Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards before shipment.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure a safe and orderly work environment.
- Load and unload trucks in a safe manner, following all weight distribution guidelines.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information and barcodes.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflow and meet production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners) with training.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
