Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to orders and work orders.
- Verify item counts and accuracy using scanners and computer systems.
- Ensure packaging is secure and properly labeled for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) is a plus but not required.
