About the Role
As a Picker Packer, you will be the heartbeat of our fulfillment center. You will ensure that every order is accurate, packed securely, and ready for shipment. This is a fast-paced role perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack products according to customer orders and picking tickets.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure packaging is secure and labeled correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
