Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise from shelves to fulfill customer orders.
- Inspect items for quality and damage before packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Sort, bundle, and prepare products for shipping and delivery.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company quality standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory and order verification.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions if working in outdoor dock areas.
