Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders and company standards.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read order labels and pick tickets.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctuality.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
