Responsibilities
- Select and gather products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Verify item quantities and packaging details to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect products for defects or damages prior to packing.
- Securely package items using appropriate materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse machinery as trained.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning and order verification.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various temperature conditions.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- No previous warehouse experience is required.
